ABOUT
I’m Dan, a wedding photographer and filmmaker based in Bath, capturing natural, documentary-style weddings across Somerset, Bristol, and the surrounding areas.
My approach is simple: to document the day as it really happens.
Rather than directing or staging moments, I focus on what’s naturally unfolding, the atmosphere, the interactions, and the small in-between moments that often end up meaning the most.
HOW I WORK
On the day, I keep things relaxed and unobtrusive.
A lot of the time, I’m capturing moments from the perspective of a guest, blending into the day and documenting things as they happen rather than interrupting them.
There’s no pressure to perform or pose. When needed, I’ll guide things gently, but the focus is always on keeping it natural and true to you.
A BIT ABOUT ME
I’ve always had a natural eye for photography and film, which is what drew me into it from a young age.
Alongside weddings, I also work across live events, music, sport, and commercial projects. That experience helps me stay adaptable and focused on capturing real moments as they happen.
WORKING ACROSS THE UK
I’m based in Bath and regularly work across Somerset, Bristol, and the surrounding areas, but I’m always happy to travel further afield if your plans take you elsewhere.
